Acquisition Analyst

Job Description

Duties include:
Work closely with the acquisition teams to define their requirements and deliver their analytical needs
Act as an expert in the field of acquisition analytics and attribution modelling
Be proactive in driving insights to understand the effectiveness of the acquisition budget across all channels including TV
Extract, manipulate and analyse large volumes of data in order to establish actionable insights and deliver recommendations
Lead deep dives into understanding mix of acquisition spend across all available channels
Establish and track performance KPIs to help optimise acquisition decisions
Define reports and dashboards for a varied audience
Provide support on ad-hoc analytical requests

Skills and experience required:
Degree in a quantitative area (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science)
2+ years relevant experience gained in analysis/optimisation of online campaigns
Experience of PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display and TV marketing channels – understand how they form part of online and offline marketing mix
Experience working with digital media tracking/ad serving tools such as AdWords, Sizmek, Marin, etc
Proficiency in extracting and manipulating large datasets using Google Analytics/ SQL/ MicroStrategy/ Google Big Query (or similar)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people, both written and orally
Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of deadlines
Excellent problem solving skills
A passionate, results orientated, team player

Desirable
Knowledge of online gaming
Practical experience with Statistical tools (SPSS, SAS, Python, R, KNIME, other)
