The Account Manager will take responsibility for the overall growth and development of their account portfolio. In essence, you ll become the single point of contact for a group of about 150 customers, ensuring that their needs are met within our product offering and using your insights to inform the development of our future proposition.
You ll keep the Sales Manager abreast of developments, highlighting issues and suggesting ways to deliver for your customer. You ll develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and really get to know your marketplace.
You ll have a persuasive and confident approach to customer needs and experience in professional client relationship management, naturally finding the balance between delivering for our customer and delivering for us.
Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring good service and a solid customer / relationship

Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and customer engagement
Keeping your Sales Manager informed of the status of accounts, problems, plans and meetings
Maintaining awareness and control of situations which may lead to the risk of competition (and the opportunity to win-back)
Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs and business pain points on an ongoing basis
Developing and maintaining Hunt Lists i.e. a list of accounts not currently served by us with corresponding plans to rectify that
Experience in professional client relationship management preferable
Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
