Account Executive

Job Description

Duties include:

Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring good service and a solid customer / relationship

Overall growth and development of an account portfolio

Meeting order value and revenue goals

Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and customer engagement

Keeping your Sales Manager informed of the status of accounts, problems, plans and meetings

Maintaining awareness and control of situations which may lead to the risk of competition (and the opportunity to win-back)

Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs and business pain points on an ongoing basis

Developing and maintaining Hunt Lists i.e. a list of accounts not currently served by us with corresponding plans to rectify that

Experience in professional client relationship management preferable

Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
