Established for more than two decades, Hamblin is the premier recruitment consultancy on the Isle of Man. It was therefore a natural progression in 2008 to launch the ‘Hamblin Skills Academy’, a business dedicated to the development of people.

Through the Hamblin Skills Academy we also offer a full range of assessments which can be used for the recruitment or development of staff including personality profiling, ability testing and over 300 on-line assessments which cover disciplines such as software, clerical, financial and many more.

eGaming Essentials Course 

A three day course designed for those wishing to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for entry into this exciting and dynamic sector.

The course consists of four modules designed to increase the participants' awareness and understanding of the e-gaming sector and how they might position and present themselves to a potential employer.

The four modules are:

• What is e-gaming?
• The ideal employee
• Risk and social responsibility
• CV skills and interview techniques.
