  • A full database of candidates with a wide variety of skill levels who are immediately available for work
  • KYC (know your candidate); a full and comprehensive vetting procedure which includes: right to work, proof of address, skills testing and references covering every period of employment or education during the last three years. In addition for a small cost we can also offer crb (criminal records) credit check and sanctions check
  • The supply of individual temps with skills and experience specifically matched to the assignment
  • The capability and experience of recruiting large numbers of temporary personnel
  • Payroll, including NI contributions and ITIP
  • Applying for and the maintenance of work permits where required
  • Expertise and personnel for the management of project teams

  • Consolidated invoicing
  • Provision of management reports

Our Commitment to our Clients

  • Each client is assigned their own Account Manager for the supply of temporary staff
  • We will supply only those people who we feel are suitable for the role. If we are unable to fill your requirement we believe that honesty is the best policy
  • A trained and qualified consultant will have interviewed all temporary personnel supplied by Hamblin
  • References will have been obtained prior to the commencement of an assignment
  • Skills testing on data entry or typing skills will have been undertaken where applicable
  • All Hamblin temps are provided with conditions of employment and are required to sign a declaration of secrecy as standard practice
  • On the first day of the assignment you will receive a telephone call from a Hamblin consultant to ensure that the temporary worker has arrived safely
  • We will maintain regular contact throughout the assignment to ensure your continued satisfaction
  • At the end of the contract we will ask you to complete an appraisal form to help us improve our services and provide valuable comment on the temporary worker
