To whom it may concern,
I would like to provide some feedback regarding two or your recruitment advisors and the recent dealings I have had with them.
Back in October I got a call from Tom about a role that he thought I should be put forward for. I was very interested in the position and asked that he put me forward for interview. During this time I was informed that my current role would be made redundant in early 2012. I spoke to Tom about getting some time in with him to plan for when the redundancies were to happen. Before we had the chance to meet however, I got another call, this time from Chris in Tom's absence asking if I would go back for a further interview, which I of course accepted.
Due to my personal circumstances and length of service I am not in a position to leave without my redundancy package, a point I raised with both Tom and Chris and discussed at length, getting some great advice from both. This left the company wanting to offer me a position but they were understandably unwilling to wait until I was released from my current contract. Thankfully with some serious hard work and persuasion from both Chris and Tom I have now been made a very attractive offer with the company and they are willing to wait until my proposed redundancy date. They have also managed to secure me an increase on my current salary, which in this economic climate was a fantastic and unexpected surprise. The team work and dedication of these two can not be faulted, and, as I am sure you can appreciate, has totally turned 2012 around for me, as I was facing an uncertain future in theIOMjob market.
I had a fantastic level of contact from both Tom and Chris, they called when they said they would and also returned my calls on time and with the information needed. They are both an absolute asset to your company and I cannot thank them enough.

I just wanted to say thank you again for today you were a massive help and really did reassure me. Hate to say it but I think everyone was right definitely better off with you guys then anywhere else. I just wanted to stress the point as a few of my friends had said if you have more than one agency one tends to back off, so I just wanted you to know that I felt a lot more confident with you and I really do appreciate any further help that you can give me.

I would just like to thank Hamblin and yourself in particular for helping me secure a postion.
After registering with Hamblin and three other employment agencies in September Hamblin were the only agency who kept me up to date with vacancies, who checked on my current situation and after negotiations with Trident helped me secure what I consider to be the perfect job.
I can't thank you enough for all your help and if in the future I require to register with an employment agency for future work I will not hesitate to once again register with Hamblin.
